This is a door to door service and applies only to delivery to major cities and surrounding suburbs. Delivery to remote areas in each state will incur a discounted freight charge. The total freight charge will vary depending on the location. You will be notified before we process your order if an additional freight charge applies to your order.


Accessory & Part Delivery


Australia Post eParcel Standard & Express Post


All accessories and parts are sent via Australia Post eParcel and Express Post services. Delivery times range from next day to 2 weeks depending on your location.
eParcel requires the signature of the recipient on delivery.

Express Post does not always guarantee overnight delivery.

Bicycle Delivery

We prefer to use Toll Ipec for all bicycle deliveries. We believe this is the most reliable and safest way to send your new bike. Delivery times range from next day to 2 weeks depending on your location.
Prior to delivery, our qualified mechanics will fully assemble your new bicycle, lubricate all necessary components and tune the gears and brakes. It will then be packed back into a bike box, with extra packing for protection. All you will need to do once you receive your new bicycle is refit the handlebar, saddle, front wheel and pedals (if supplied).
