This helmet is designed to optimize the gap that exists between the current Jitterbug and Dragster/Kelly products. The Jitterbug remains in the range as the first helme for kids who ride in a baby seat for use on road on push toys. The jitterbug  style helmets best suit the 0-3 years age group.
