MBC Free Servicing:
All new bicycles purchased come with our exclusive 1 YEAR UNLIMITED FREE SERVICE. We recommend you return your bicycle for its first service 6-8 weeks of riding (approx. 200km). Our repair department is constantly busy servicing bicycles, so it's recommened that you call us a few days before you would like your bicycle serviced, and book in for our same day servicing.

MBC Extended Warranty:
Melbounrne Bicycle Centre Prahran warrants to the original owner that the frame of your bicycle purchased shall be free of defective materials or workmanship for the following: Steel - Lifetime, Aluminium - 20 Years, Aluminium/Carbon - 5 Years, Carbon - 5 Years. During this warranty period, Melbourne Bicycle Centre Prahran shall repair or replace, at its sole option, the bicycle frame if the frame is determined to be defective and subject to this warranty. Melbourne Bicycle Centre Prahran warrants all other components for 5 years against any defects in workmanship or materials in normal use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, malfunctions, or failures that result from the abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, modification, accident, or misuse (including, without limitation, stunt riding, racing or similar activities) of your new bicycle.
